Choose the follow-up consultation recommended in your management plan. Contact reception if you are uncertain which appointment duration is appropriate.

Using a referral or claim?

Have any relevant referral, care-plan or claim details available. Eligibility and funding arrangements remain subject to the applicable program and insurer requirements.

A few things to know.

Do I need a referral?

You generally do not need a referral to see a physiotherapist as a private patient. A referral or other documentation may be required for some Medicare, DVA, TAC, WorkCover, NDIS or insurer-funded arrangements.

Can I claim a private health fund rebate?

Rebates depend on your insurer, policy and level of extras cover. Please contact your health fund if you need confirmation of your expected rebate or out-of-pocket cost.

What if I cannot find a suitable appointment?
