Is the call really free?
Yes. The suitability call is free and carries no obligation to book. It is a brief conversation about whether an in-clinic physiotherapy assessment may be an appropriate next step.
Who will call me?
An available Physio Cure physiotherapist will contact you. The caller may not necessarily be the clinician you later choose for an appointment.
When will I be contacted?
Calls depend on clinician and clinic availability. Please use online booking or call reception if you would prefer to arrange an appointment immediately.
Can you diagnose me over the phone?
No. A five-minute suitability call is not sufficient for diagnosis, complete assessment or personalised treatment advice. Those require an appropriate clinical appointment.
What if I already know I need an appointment?
You do not need to request a call. Use the online booking option or telephone reception to arrange your assessment directly.
