Why do you ask for my full name and contact number?

These details allow our reception team to help if you request a call or do not finish the online booking process. We handle them in line with our Privacy Policy.

What happens if I do not complete my booking?

Your appointment is not reserved until Cliniko confirms it. If you submitted your contact details first, reception may contact you to offer booking assistance.

Do I need a referral?

You generally do not need a referral for a private physiotherapy appointment. A referral or supporting documentation may be required for some Medicare, DVA, TAC, WorkCover, NDIS or insurer-funded arrangements.

When is my appointment confirmed?

Your appointment is confirmed only after you complete the Cliniko booking process and receive a confirmation message. Submitting the short form above does not reserve a time.
