Yash is a qualified Physiotherapist with a strong foundation in Sports and Exercise Science, enabling him to integrate exercise prescription, manual therapy, and physiotherapy techniques to deliver individualised, outcome-focused care. He takes a holistic approach, looking beyond the presenting injury to understand the person as a whole and address contributing physical, lifestyle, and movement factors to achieve optimal results.
Yash works with a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, including acute and chronic injuries, and has experience managing sports-related injuries and working with athletes. His approach emphasises movement quality, strength, progressive loading, and patient education to support long-term recovery and reduce recurrence.
As a qualified yoga teacher, Yash brings a strong understanding of movement, breath, and mindfulness into his physiotherapy practice. This allows him to integrate body awareness and controlled movement strategies alongside rehabilitation, particularly when working with persistent pain and complex presentations.
