Lathika Anand
Lathika Anand is a 3rd Year Physiotherapy student at Charles Sturt University with a strong interest in musculoskeletal and neurological rehab. She has a particular passion for Clinical Pilates, inspired by her active gym & pilates lifestyle and her desire to integrate movement-based exercise with evidence-based physiotherapy—because who says you can’t have the best of both worlds?
Lathika has completed a subacute rehab placement with High Distinction, where she showcased strong clinical reasoning and patience-centred care. She is fluent in Tamil and English, allowing her to build meaningful rapport with clients and support them throughout the rehab journey.
Lathika also has experience working at an Aged Care and Special Developmental School settings to deliver lifestyle and well-being focused activities.
Driven by a commitment to promoting movement, function, and overall well-being, Lathika enjoys supporting individuals in regaining confidence and independence through tailored rehab and exercise-based programs.
Outside of her work and studies, Lathika leads an active lifestyle and enjoys cycling, swimming, and playing tennis with friends. She also loves attending pottery classes and exploring new cafés in the heart of Melbourne.
